ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE

Your mindset is what leads your path - by thinking negative thoughts about how things aren't working out in your favor right now or criticizing yourself about how your life is generally going down the tubes, you will only continue to attract more all of those negative things.

In our blogs this week, we talk much about mindfulness and the use of affirmations. Your thoughts influence your life. If you focus on what is not going right in your life - you will only create more things in your life that will NOT go right for you!

Having gratitude doesn't require having something spectacular to be be grateful for! It is as simple as being grateful for how pleasant the weather is today. Being thankful that you have shelter, food, transportation, a job - or companionship (this could be your pet).  

Your mindset influences your life. Having gratitude for the simplest things will only generate more things to be thankful for. The fact that you woke up today is a miracle - today you are given a new opportunity to make a difference in life. Today is not yesterday and yesterday does not predict today.
